- Prepare the chicken. Season chicken breasts or thighs with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Let rest, then shred or dice.
- Assemble the sliders. Slice slider buns in half. Spread shredded chicken on the bottom halves. Top with shredded Romaine lettuce and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Prepare the Caesar dressing. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
- Drizzle dressing over the chicken and lettuce. Place the top halves of the slider buns on top. Serve immediately.
