  • 4 tablespoons (60g) unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

  2. Prepare the mushrooms by cleaning them gently with a damp cloth. Trim stems and slice into halves or quarters.
  3. Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat until it is melted and slightly foaming.
  4. Add the mushrooms into the skillet, cooking undisturbed for 4 minutes until they are browned.
  5. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, stirring gently.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, stirring well to ensure even seasoning.
  7. Remove from heat and sprinkle with parsley before serving immediately.
