- Prepare the mushrooms by cleaning them gently with a damp cloth. Trim stems and slice into halves or quarters.
- Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat until it is melted and slightly foaming.
- Add the mushrooms into the skillet, cooking undisturbed for 4 minutes until they are browned.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, stirring gently.
- Season with salt and pepper, stirring well to ensure even seasoning.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with parsley before serving immediately.
