- Unroll the crescent dough and gently separate it into 8 triangles. For easier shaping, press each triangle into a small rectangular form by sealing the perforated edges.
- Place a teaspoon of pizza sauce in the center of each dough piece. Sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder.
- Top each with a small portion of shredded mozzarella and 3 slices of pepperoni.
- Fold the dough over the filling, forming a triangular pocket. Pinch the edges to seal completely, ensuring no cheese escapes during baking.
- Arrange the filled pastries on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with melted butter or olive oil for a golden finish.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
- Optionally, sprinkle with grated Parmesan or Pecorino Romano immediately after removing from the oven.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with extra sauce for dipping.
