  • ½ cup (120g) pizza sauce or marinara
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan or Pecorino Romano

  2. Unroll the crescent dough and gently separate it into 8 triangles. For easier shaping, press each triangle into a small rectangular form by sealing the perforated edges.
  3. Place a teaspoon of pizza sauce in the center of each dough piece. Sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder.
  4. Top each with a small portion of shredded mozzarella and 3 slices of pepperoni.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling, forming a triangular pocket. Pinch the edges to seal completely, ensuring no cheese escapes during baking.
  6. Arrange the filled pastries on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with melted butter or olive oil for a golden finish.
  7. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
