- 1. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment, grease lightly. Chill pan.
- 2. Combine white chocolate chips and condensed milk in bowl. Microwave 30-sec bursts, stirring until smooth (2-3 min).
- 3. Stir in gelatin, vanilla, salt until dissolved. Fold in strawberries if using.
- 4. Pour into pan, spread even, tap out bubbles. Refrigerate 4+ hours.
- 5. Lift out, cut into 36 squares. Store airtight.
