  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup strawberry gelatin powder (Jell-O, 0.3 oz packet)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed (optional)

  2. 1. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment, grease lightly. Chill pan.
  3. 2. Combine white chocolate chips and condensed milk in bowl. Microwave 30-sec bursts, stirring until smooth (2-3 min).
  4. 3. Stir in gelatin, vanilla, salt until dissolved. Fold in strawberries if using.
  5. 4. Pour into pan, spread even, tap out bubbles. Refrigerate 4+ hours.
  6. 5. Lift out, cut into 36 squares. Store airtight.
