- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C); grease 9x13 pan. Beat butter and brown sugar fluffy. Add flour, oats, soda, salt; crumble. Press half into pan.
- 2. Simmer strawberries, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla 5-7 min until thick; cool.
- 3. Spread filling over base; top with remaining crumble.
- 4. Bake 35-40 min until golden. Cool 1 hr; cut into 24.
