- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and sea salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until pale and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract to the creamed mixture and mix until combined.
- Gradually fold in the dry ingredients until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Gently fold in the chopped Oreo cookies.
- Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the baking sheets about 2 inches apart.
- Bake until the edges are golden, then allow them to cool on the baking sheets before transferring to a wire rack.
